What are your criterias for selecting the children you will give socks to?
Maison de Massy does not select the children to whom its donations are given. This is the responsibility of the various charities that we have carefully selected.

I live outside of Quebec and I see that you only give in Quebec?
Our long term goal is to be able to give a pair of socks to a child living near every buyer, wherever you are. As we are still in our early stages, we are currently giving to children in the greater Montreal and Quebec City areas, but we are in the process of developing partnerships with organizations outside of the two major centers and the province.

From the moment I make a purchase at Maison de Massy, how long does it take for the donated pair of socks to actually reach a child?
We keep track of all donations and give them to charities at three key times of the year: in August when school starts, in December when winter is just around the corner and in spring when the good weather returns.

Where exactly are your socks manufactured?
All our socks are made in Europe. We will soon be adding content about our supplier and his process for our spring-summer 2021 collection. Stay tuned!

What is your return policy?
We accept all return requests with no time limit, as long as your socks have not been worn, of course. To make a return, write to virginie@maisondemassy.com. We will provide you with a link to print the packing slip.

All you have to do is put the socks back in the original packaging to return them. We will cover the return shipping costs. The amount will be refunded to the card used at the time of purchase within 30 days.
